Safe operation technique:

Before digging, the loading bucket should be turned over so that the mouth of the bucket faces the ground, and the front wheel is slightly off the ground, step down and lock the brake pedal, and then extend the leg to lift the rear wheel off the ground and maintain a horizontal position.
2.If the boom suddenly stops in the middle of descending, the impact force caused by its inertia will damage the excavating device and destroy the stability of the machine, resulting in tipping accidents. During operation, the control handle should be stable and should not move sharply; The boom shall not be stopped halfway when descending. Do not use high gear when digging. The rotation should be smooth and should not hit and be used to smash the side of the groove. The buffer block at the back of the boom shall be kept intact; If there is damage, it should be repaired before use. When shifting, the excavating device should be in the middle transport state, the supporting leg should be folded, and the lifting arm should be lifted before it can be carried out.
3.Before loading, the rotary mechanism of the digging device should be placed in the middle position and fixed with a pull plate. Low gear should be used during loading. The bucket lifting arm should not use the floating position of the valve when lifting. The distribution valve of the hydraulic control system is divided into the first four valves and the back four valves. The first four valves operate the leg, lifting arm and loading bucket, etc., which are used for the leg expansion and loading operation; The rear four valves operate the bucket, rotary, boom and handle for rotary and digging operations. The dynamic performance of the machinery and the capacity of the hydraulic system do not allow and cannot carry out loading and digging operations at the same time.
4.When the first four valves are working, the last four valves shall not work at the same time. In the driving or operation, except outside the driving room, the excavator loader is strictly prohibited to ride or stand anywhere.
5.Generally, the Backhoe Loader uses a wheeled tractor as the main engine, and installs loading and digging devices before and after respectively, so that the length and weight of the machine are increased above, therefore, high-speed or sharp turns should be avoided during driving to prevent accidents. Do not slide in neutral when going downhill. When the hydraulic piston rod of the bucket and the bucket handle is maintained in the fully stretched position, the bucket can be brought close to the boom, and the digging device is in the shortest state, which is conducive to driving. When driving, the leg should be fully withdrawn, the digging device should be fixed firmly, the loading device should be lowered, and the bucket and bucket handle hydraulic piston rod should remain fully stretched.
6.After the wheeled tractor is converted into a Backhoe Loader, the machine weight increases a lot. In order to reduce the tire damage under heavy load, the rear wheel off the ground is taken when parked. When the parking time exceeds, the legs should be supported to make the rear wheel off the ground; When the parking time is longer than that, the rear wheel should be off the ground and should be supported by a pad under the rear suspension.
